“Citizen Khan”

This book is five years old and about an Afghani tamale seller in Wyoming...really. It’s called “Citizen Khan”). The tamale seller (Zarif Khan) has a grandson, Taj, who is a phenomenal personal trainer in Houston. I had the good fortune to be demolished by Taj, who also told me about the article. It’s a reminder of how hard work and entrepreneurship have built our wonderful, complicated, imperfect country, one that I’m grateful to live in.
